<br />Thomas S. Kruml, Attorney at Law, of Stowell, Kruml & Geweke, P.C., L.L.O.,
<br />P.O. Box 40, 1545 M Street, Ord, Nebraska, 68862, (308) 728-3246, be, and hereby is appointed
<br />Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by RLS Corporation, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, by and through Robert Siemers, President, as Trustor, in which T& S Grain Co., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, by and through James A. Trotter, President, is the named Beneficiary, and
<br />Janet Papiernik, is Trustee; which Deed of Trust was filed for record on the l lth day of April,
<br />1994, as Instrument Number 94-102905, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, conveying the property legally described to-wit:
<br />That part of Lot One (1) in Block Six (6) in the T'hird Addition to the Village of Cairo,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, that lies north of Highway #2.
<br />Lot 2, Turner Grain Company Ltd. Subdivision, in the Village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land comprising that part of Railway Street, that part of Nubia Street, and that
<br />part of the alley lying east of and adjacent to the east side of Lot One (1), Block Six (6), Third
<br />Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, all of the above lying north of the
<br />Northerly right of way line of Highway #2 in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska.
<br />A tract of 1and comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />Section Nineteen (19), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth P.M.,
<br />in Cairo, Ha11 County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the
<br />northwest corner of said Section Nineteen (19); thence southerly along the West line of said
<br />Section Nineteen (19), a distance of 420.62 feet; thence deflecting left 74 degrees 28 minutes 35
<br />seconds and running southeasterly, a distance of 408.77 feet, actual place of beginning; thence
<br />continuing southeasterly along the last described course, a distance of 170.0 feet to the southwest
<br />comer of said Lot Two (2); thence deflecting left 73 degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds and running
<br />northeasterly along the westerly line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of 166.15 feet; thence
<br />deflecting left 32 degrees 09 minutes 29 seconds and running northerly along the westerly line of
<br />said Lot Two (2), a distance of 150.3 feet; thence deflecting left 147 degrees 50 minutes 31
<br />seconds and running southwesterly, a distance of 233.8 feet; thence deflecting right 73 degrees
<br />59 minutes 43 seconds and running northwesterly, a distance of 110.45 feet; thence deflecting
<br />left 90 degrees 00 minutes and running southwesterly, a distance of 80.0 feet to the actual place
<br />of beginning.
<br />T& S Grain Co., a Nebraska Corporation, by and through James A. Trotter, President, is
<br />the original named Beneficiary of the Note which the above described Trust Deed was given to
<br />secure. By virtue of an assignment thereof, James A. Trotter, individually, is a Successor
<br />Beneficiary under said Trust Deed.
