<br />This Assignment of Beneficial Interest in Trust Deed, (hereinafter Assignment), is made this
<br />�day of June, 2012, by T& S Grain Co., a Nebraska Corporation, by and through James A. ,
<br />Trotter, President, Beneficiary, (hereinafter Assignor), to James A. Trotter, individually, �d
<br />(hereinafter Assignee), according to the following: /���
<br />(1) In consideration of the payment of $1.00 as of June 1, 2012, paid by Assignee to
<br />Assignor, receipt of which sum is hereby acknowledged, Assignor hereby assigns that certain Trust
<br />Deed made by RLS Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through Robert Siemers,
<br />President, as Borrower and Trustor, in favor of Janet Papiernik, as Trustee, and T& S Grain Co., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, by and through James A. Trotter, President, as Beneficiary, given to secure
<br />the payment of $18,000.00 with interest thereon, which Trust Deed was made and entered into on
<br />April 1, 1994, and recorded as Instrument Number 94-102905, the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska concerning the following described property:
<br />That part of Lot One (1) in Block Six (6) in the Third Addition to the Village of Cairo,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, that lies north of Highway #2.
<br />Lot 2, Turner Grain Company Ltd. Subdivision, in the Village of Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land comprising that part of Railway Street, that part of Nubia Street, and that
<br />part of the alley lying east of and adjacent to the east side of Lot One (1), Block Six (6), Third
<br />Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, all of the above lying north of the
<br />Northerly right of way line of Highway #2 in the Village of Cairo, Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />Section Nineteen (19), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth P.M.,
<br />in Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the
<br />northwest corner of said Section Nineteen (19); thence southerly along the West line of said
<br />Section Nineteen (19), a distance of 420.62 feet; thence deflecting left 74 degrees 28 minutes 35
<br />seconds and running southeasterly, a distance of 408.77 feet, actual place of beginning; thence
<br />continuing southeasterly along the last described course, a distance of 170.0 feet to the southwest
<br />corner of said Lot Two (2); thence deflecting left 73 degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds and running
<br />northeasterly along the westerly line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of 166.15 feet; thence
<br />deflecting left 32 degrees 09 minutes 29 seconds and running northerly along the westerly line of
<br />said Lot Two (2), a distance of 150.3 feet; thence deflecting left 147 degrees 50 minutes 31
<br />seconds and running southwesterly, a distance of 233.8 feet; thence deflecting right 73 degrees
<br />59 minutes 43 seconds and running northwesterly, a distance of 110.45 feet; thence deflecting
<br />left 90 degrees 00 minutes and running southwesterly, a distance of 80.0 feet to the actual place
<br />of beginning.
<br />(2) All proceeds and benefits pursuant to said Trust Deed shall be paid hereafter to Assignee.
<br />This Assignment is executed and delivered by Assignor to Assignee without recourse. To have and
<br />to hold said Trust Deed and Trust Deed Note and the monies due and to become due thereon with
<br />interest, in favor of Assignee and its successors, legal representatives, and assigns forever.
<br />In witness whereof, James A. Trotter, President of T& S Grain Co., a Nebraska Corporation,
<br />has executed this Assignment on June �, 2012.
