<br />DEED OF PARTIA.L RECONVEYANCE
<br />THIS DEID is dated and executed this 1i3 � da of May ,

<br />Deed of Trust wherein A].bert W. Moeller and Michelle L. Moeller,
<br />husband and wife, is Trustor, and Heritage Bank, a Nebraska banking
<br />corporativn, is Heneficiary, and Iris Tredway is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on May 22, 2006, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200604488, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successora or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed, and the undersigned Trustee does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to Albert W. Moeller and Michelle L.
<br />Moeller, huaband and wife, part of the estate now held by her
<br />thereunder, described as follows:

<br />Riverside Farm Subdivision, being a part of and located
<br />in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty-nine
<br />(29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M,, Hall County, Nebrasl�a EXCEPTING certain
<br />tracts as shown in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 81,
<br />Page 257; Warranty Deed recorded in Book 135, Page 447
<br />and Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 135, Page 449.
<br />The Trustee retains the Deed of Trust on the balance o� th.e
<br />real estate described in the original Deed ot Trust.
