<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Farmers and Merchants Bank, A Nebraska Corporation by and through
<br />Ann R. Jansky, AVP-Loans it's authorized officer, Farmers and Merchants Bank, as trustee
<br />under the trust deed dated December 19, 2008 executed by Shari L Horn, A Single Woman, as
<br />trustor, in which Farmers and Merchants Bank is named as beneficiary, and said corporation
<br />as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No 0200810370 and Instrument No 0200900078 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Farmers
<br />and Merchants Bank the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, TI�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such hust
<br />deed, the said corporation by and through it's authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Shari L Horn, A
<br />Single Woman the estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:
<br />The Easterly one half (El/2) of Lot Nineteen (19) and all of Lot Twenty (20), Block Siz (6),
<br />in Ashton Place, an addition to City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Milligan,
