<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, First State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Southeast Crossings, LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liabilty Company, as Trustor, in which First State Bank is
<br />named Trustee, and First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and recorded October 20, 2008 as Instrument
<br />No. 200609770, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, has received from the Beneficiary, a
<br />request to reconvey reciting satisfaction of such sums and that such trust deed has been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, to -wit: Southeast Crossings LLC, the following described real estate:
<br />LOT 7 AND THE N 135 FEET OF LOT 8, MENARD SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
