Julia l. Royer created the Julia l. Royer Revocable Funnel Trust dated June 22, <br />1990 (the "Trust") wherein she designated herself as the initial Trustee and designated the <br />affiant, Joseph W. Royer, as successor Trustee. <br />2. By Warranty Deed dated July 5, 1990 and recorded as document #90-104087 in <br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Julia l. Royer conveyed the afore-described real <br />estate to herself as Trustee of an undisclosed trust intending the same to be held as an asset of the <br />Trust referred to at Paragraph 1 immediately above. <br />3. Julia l. Royer died on May 2, 2012 as evidenced by the attached copy of her death <br />certificate. <br />4. From the date of the creation of the Trust until May 2, 2012 Julia l.
