In addition to the above described real estate, it is agreed that this Mortgage or Deed of Trust shall specifically create a first lien in favor of Lender on the Irrigation Equipment listed in Exhibit "B° and on the Water Rights listed in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference just as if all had been fully set forth in this Mortgage or Deed of Trust.
