<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 9, 2008, executed by Matthew J. Brennan and Teffani A. Brennan a/k/a Teffani L.
<br />Brennan a/k/a Teffani Loneman Brennan, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
