<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on February 17,
<br />2009, as Document number 0200901104, in Book N/A, at Page N/A in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by
<br />NYAYUAL GOCH AND THOMAS DECH, WIFE AND HUSBAND, as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of
<br />an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is
<br />the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such
<br />default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of May 1, 2011, is in the amount of
<br />$167,119.59, plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property
<br />affected is as follows:
