<br />That, WHEREAS, Ben Lobo and Glenda Lobo recovered a judgment against Julio O.
<br />Matul-Hernandez, in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for the sum of $21,682.00, plus
<br />Court Costs of $73.03, which judgment was on the 26�' day of October, 201�0, duly transcripted to
<br />and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and afterwards
<br />on the 23` day of June, 20Z 1, the Plaintiffs c�.used an execution to issue out of th.e District Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on said judgtnent for the amount of the judgment, interest and costs, which,
<br />for want of goods and chattels belonging to said Julio O. Matul-Hernandez, whereon to levy, was
<br />duly levied upon by the Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, on the lands and tenements hereinafter
<br />described as the property of said Julio O. Matul-Hernandez; and after having given notice of the
<br />time and place of sale by advertisement, as required by Law, for more than 30 days prior thereto,
<br />said Sheriff, , at the time and place mentioned in said advertisement, offered said lands and
<br />tenements for sale at public auction, and sold the same to Ben Lobo for the sum of $27,000.00, he
<br />being the highest bidder therefore. Said sale was thereupon reported to said Court, and on the 1 st
<br />day of May, 2012, was by said Court carefully examined and duly confirmed, by Order entered in
<br />the District Court Case No. CI 10-1229, and the Sheriff of said County was thereupon ordered to
<br />make to the purchaser a deed in fee simple for lands and tenements.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises in the sum of $27,000.00, so bid and
<br />paid as aforesaid, I, the Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby grant and convey unto the said
<br />Ben Lobo, his heirs and assigns forever, the lands and tenements so as aforesaid sold, to wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Thirty-Two (32), Russell Wheelers Addition (commonly
<br />known as 510 East l O Street), Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and told said real estate with all the appurtenances thereto to said
