<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MISTY M.
<br />KOPERSKI AND JERRY KOPERSKI, wife and husband, TESSA T. PETERSON AND
<br />DANNY PETERSON, wife and husband, SYMANTHA S. TAYLOR, single, and STEPHANIE
<br />A. CURRY, single, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of LA.RI�Y�
<br />D. COFFIN, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 4, 2009, and recorded March 6, 2009,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document number
<br />0200901685, has been satisfied; and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described
<br />premises, bu� anly as to such premises:

<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, known as Coffin's Corner, 519 N. Eddy
<br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; and
<br />All of Lots Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), in Block Five (5), South Grand Island
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, known as Snac
<br />Shac, 715 S. Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />together ; with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
