<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Edward A. Meininger, Carmen A. Meininger, as Husband and
<br />Wife; Marcia K Schwaderer and James Schwaderer, as Wife and Husband, as Trustors, to
<br />Platte Valley State Bank 8� Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 25, 2008, recorded April 30,
<br />2008 as Instrument #200803647 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of, Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Eight (8), Hann's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
