<br />Paul E. Graham and Elaine E. Graham, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration
<br />of estate planning, conveys the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):

<br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land deeded to the
<br />City of Wood River, Nebraska, in the Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 76-003712 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,

<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEl/aNE'/a) and the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE'/4NE of Section
<br />Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING therefrom a tract

<br />reserving, however, to Paul E. Grahara and Elaine E. Graham, as equal life
