' � <br />� <br />p � � <br />tn <br />C'� C/� <br />o� <br />C D <br />z -i <br />-.� r� <br />�o <br />o -� <br />-^ z <br />� rrt <br />D c,� <br />r � <br />r D <br />cn <br />x <br />� <br />� <br />� <br />� " � �� 1•. � `� �� � � � <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING UNSAFE BUILDING <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, has by Ordinance <br />defined "Unsafe Building", and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a mobile home more particularly <br />described as a 1979 Easton Park 24x52 Mobile Home (GI10235226), located upon Mead Trailer <br />Court (legally described as Lots 8 through 11; the West 17 Feet of Lot 12, Block 7; Lots 7 <br />through 10, Block 8; L.ots 9 t�hrough 12, Block 19; the North 77 Feet of Lots 1 through 4, and all <br />of Lots 5& 6, Block 19, l�r.Coll & Leflang Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County, <br />Nebraska) is in an unsafe condition for the reason that is poses a danger to public health because <br />of its condition and may cause or aid in the spread of disease or injury to the health of occupants <br />of it or neighboring structure an d may also constitute a fire hazard because of its unlivable <br />— _� _____ _. __� � <br />BE IT NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wood <br />River, Nebraska, as follows: <br />That Pearl Mead, the owner of the real estate upon which the above described mobile <br />home is located be notified that the building on the premises has been determined to be in an <br />unsafe condition and a nuisance as determined by the Wood River City Council for the reasons <br />set forth above.
