<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 4, 2011, executed by Kevin L. Hulse and Tammie L. Hulse,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />document number 0201106658 on the 7th day of September, 2011, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (E1/2NE1/4) OF SECTION
<br />THIRTY-FIVE (35), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST
<br />OF THE 6 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING TRACfiS MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 71, PAGE 233; IN
<br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 135, PAGE 75; IN
<br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 143, PAGE 536; IN
<br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 150, PAGE 542; IN
<br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 153, PAGE 608; AND
<br />IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 80-006764.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, �o the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
