The Defendants, along wit?a a11 claims to the Real Property, including a11 persons claiming rights or interests against the Rea1 Property under the aforesaid instruments and other encumbrances, are enjoined forever from asserting any estate, right, title, lien or claim of interest in said Rea1 Property or any portion thereof based on the aforementioned interests or any other claim.
