<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />WENDELL M RING AND BARBARA A RING, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attomey, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIA.TION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated JLJNE 12. 2009 and recorded J[JNE 17, 2009 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUMENT #02009Q4869 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in wriring that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and esta.te derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but anly as to
<br />such premises;
