In the event the Defendant fails to pay any child support payments, as such failure is certified each month by the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center in cases in which court ordered support is delinquent in an amount equal to the support due and payable for a one month period of time, the Defendant may be required to appear in Court on a da.te to be determined by the Court and show cause why such payment was not made; and that Defendant may be subject to income withholding through his place of employment. In the event that the Defendant fails to pay and appear as ordered, a vaarrant shall be issued for his atrest. 9. The Defendant is ordered to fizrnish to the Clerk of the District Court of Ha1I County, Nebraska, and the Nebraska. Child Support Payment Center; his address, social security number and such other information that the Court may require from time to time. The Defendant sha11 also advise the Clerk of the District Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska and the Nebraska Cluld Support Payment Center in writing, of any change of employment, address or telephone number between the time of the entry of this Decree of Dissolution and the payment of the Judgment for Child Support entered herein in full. In addition, both parties are hereby required to keep the Clerk of the District Court informed of the name of their health insurance carriers, if any available through their place of employment, together with the number of the policy and the addresses at which claaimsms under such policies are to be submitted. Each party shall comply with this requirement in rega.rds to health insurance from the daxe of this Decree until such time as the payment of the judgement for child support entered herein is made in full.
