<br />payable under the Note or Related Documents, together with ell renewels of, extensions of, moditications of,
<br />consolidetions of and substitutions for the Note or Related Documents and any amounts expended or advanced by
<br />Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trustor's
<br />obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amounts es provided in this Deed of Trust.
<br />Specifically, without limitation, Indebtedness includas the future advances set forth in the Future Advances
<br />provision of this Deed of Trust, together with ail interest thereon.
<br />Lender. The word "Lender" means Five Points Bank, its successors and asstgns.
<br />Note. The word "Note" means the promissory note dated May 11, 2012 in the original principal amount
<br />of S 50 ,000.00 ftom Borrower to Lender, together with all renewals of, extenslons of, modifications of,
<br />refinancings ot, consolidations of, end substitutions tor the promissory note or agreement.
<br />Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br />property now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached or effixed to the Real Property;
<br />together with eIl eccessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and ell substitutions for, any of auch
<br />property; and together with all proceeds (including without limitetian all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br />premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br />Property. The word "Properry" means collectively the Real Property and the Personal Properry.
<br />Real Property. The words "Real Properry° mean the real property, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />Related Documerrts. The words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br />agreements, environmentel agreements, guaranties, security egreemerrts, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br />deeds, collateral mortgages, and ell other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br />existfng, executed in connection with tha Indebtedness. ,
<br />Rerrts. The word "Rents" means alI present end future rents, revenues, fncome, issues, royalties, proflts, end
<br />other beneflts derived from the Property. �
<br />Trustee. The word "Trustee" means Flve Points Bank, whose address is P.0 Box 1 b07, G�end Island, NE
<br />68802-1507 and any substitute or successor trustees.
<br />Trustor. The word "Trustor" means EDMUND R KERSHAW III and MICHELLE K KERSHAW.
<br />EACH TRUSTOR ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DEED OF TRUST, AND EACH
<br />TRUSTOR AGREES TO ITS TERMS.
