<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on April 1,
<br />2009, as Document number 200902381 in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by MICHAEL J GIZINSKI AND
<br />CHARITY R. GIZINSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure
<br />to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness
<br />secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of March 1, 2011, is in the amount of $93,412.63, plus interest
<br />thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be
