<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Allen V Hoffer
<br />and Linda Hoffer, husband and wife to Union Bank and Trust Company -Grand [stand, for the
<br />benefit of Union Bank and Trust Company --Grand island, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />December 30 2002, and recorded on January 7. 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />_County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200300172, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and In accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, rem[se, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Twenty -Three (23), Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
