<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ��
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 22, 2011, executed by M. A. Real Estate, L.L.C. a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, document number 0201104767 on the 27th day of June, 2011, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOTS ONE (1) TWO (2) AND THREE (3) IN GION SUBDIVISION, BEING A TRACT OF LAND
<br />COMPRISING THE EASTERLY TWO HUNDRED AND TWO (202.0) FEET OF THE
<br />SOUTHERLY ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY (140.0) FEET OF BLOCK TWELVE (12),
<br />WINDOLPHS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />SITUATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NW1/4NE1/4)
<br />OF SECTION TWENTY-ONE (21), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST
<br />OF THE 6 P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, IVEBRASKA, AND CONTAINING 0.649 ACRES, MORE
<br />OR LESS
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
