<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Richard L Smith and Linda M
<br />Smith, husband and wife whose address is 1911 W 3`�, Grand Island, NE 68801 to EXCHANGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 3, 2004,
<br />and recorded November I5, 2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument #0200411050 (or in Book Number Page Number ) has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Fifty-Two (52), Packer & Baxr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
