<br />liability company, herein referred to as "Trustor", whose mailing address is 117 D Street, P.O.
<br />Box 159, Shelton, NE 68876; CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney-at-Law, hereinafter refened to
<br />as "Trustee", whose mailing address is P. O. Box 790, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802; and JACK
<br />D. CALLAHAN, GREGORY A. CALLAHAN, LAWRENCE P. CALLAHAN, TERRY GENE
<br />CALLAHAN and CHRISTOPHER W'. CALLAHAN, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary",
<br />whose mailing address is 405 H Street, Shelton, NE 68876.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, f�r the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject
<br />to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustor's interest in the following-described
<br />property located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />(13) and Fourteen (14), Block Four (4), MacColl and Leflangs' Addition to Wood
<br />River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with a11 improvements, fixhues and appurtenances Iocated thereon or in any way
<br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of
<br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real
<br />estate conveyed in trust hereby, it beii�g agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Property".
