<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, RODNEY E
<br />PETERSON AND SUSAN L PETERSON, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. "MERS" as nominee for
<br />lender and lender's successors and assigns as Beneficiary, dated November 5, 2009, and recorded
