<br />NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on October 20, 2006, by
<br />Marvin O. Meza, a married person, as Trustor, to John S. Katelman, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Beneficiary, recorded on October 23, 2006, at Instrument No.
<br />200609433 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an obligation under a
<br />Promissory Note in the amount of $82,650.00; and as assigned to Wilmington Trust Company, as
<br />Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association (successor by merger to LaSalle
<br />Bank, National Association) as Trustee for LXS 2007-1 by assignment dated January 6, 2012 and
<br />recorded on January 9, 2012 at Instrument No. 201200196 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned, as present holder or the authorized agent of the holder
<br />of the Note, does hereby remove John S. Katelman, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of
<br />the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been
<br />previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and subsritute Steffi
<br />A. Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123, to serve, effective
<br />immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace John S. Katelman. Said
<br />Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
<br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have
<br />executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to saict Substitute Trustee a11 the
<br />powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said
<br />Substitu�e Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee sha11, in accordance
<br />with the provisions of the Deed of Trust, succeed to all the title, powers and duties conferred upon
<br />the Original Trustee by the terms of said Deed of Trust and by applicable law.
<br />The following described real estate, together with its improvements, easements and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, is located in Ha11 County, Nebraska and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Forty Three (43), in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have an
<br />address of 319 W. 12th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801.
