<br />Norice is hereby given that a Foreclosure Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, at Case No. CI12-330 captioned Educational Certificate Partners, Inc., Plaintiff ("Plaint�) vs. Genaro
<br />Guazdiola, Jr. , Jenny Guardiola, Ticor Title Insurance Company of Florida, Beneficial Financial, Inc. f/k/a
<br />Beneficial Nebraska Inc. , The Pacesetter Corporation, Time Investment Company, HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. , and
<br />FIA Card Services, and all other persons/enrities UNKNOWN having or claiming any right, ritle or interest in the
<br />Real Estate defined below, Defendants (collectively "Defendants"), the object and request of which is to obtain a
<br />court order entitling Plaintiff to foreclose Tax Certificate No. 2009072 issued by the Hall County Treasurer on
<br />03/04/2009 (the "Tax Certificate'� which encumbers the real property legally described as:
<br />LOTS 9 AND 10, IN BLOCK 7, IN EVAN'S ADDITION TO TI� CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />(the "Real Estate").
<br />In the Foreclosure Petition, Plaintiff seeks to foreclose Plaintiff s interest, and to have the same declared a
<br />first lien upon the interests of Defendants in the Real Estate; to have the Real Esta.te sold to satisfy the amounts so
<br />found due, together with the reasonable costs incurred by Plainriff in abstracting and obtaining other title
<br />information regarding the Real Esta.te, the costs for filing this Notice of Lis Pendens, the filing fee for the
<br />Foreclosure Peririon, costs of serving the Foreclosure Petition on the Defenda.nts, and attorney's fees in an amount
<br />equal to 10% of all amounts due for taxes, special assessments, interest and costs; and to foreclose Defendants of all
<br />right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to the Real Estate, together with
<br />such other and further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
