<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ROGER L SMITH AND ELDA M
<br />SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor; to EQUITABLE BANK, as Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 12, 2008, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of HALL County, NEBRASKA on SEPTEMBER 18, 2008 as Document No. 200805024, has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trost in the following:
<br />Part of Lot `Fwo (2) of Schaaf's Subdivision in the East Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (E V2SEU4) of Section Twelve (12), in Township Eleven (I1) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6°' P.M., more particularly described as follows:
<br />starting at the southwest comer of said Lot 2, thence in a northeasterly direction on
<br />the soulberly Iine of Lot 2, a distance of 273.7 feet; thence to the left at an angle of
<br />90 degrees in a northwesterly direction to the northerly line of Lot 2 a distance of
<br />178.0 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction on the lot line to the west line of Lot
<br />2, a distance of 203.8 feet; thence soutil on the lot line a distance of 201.3 feet to
<br />the point ofbeginning, Excepting a tract of land more particularly described in Quit
<br />Maim Deed recorded in Book 121, Page 169.
