<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ROGER L SMITH AND ELDA M 
<br />SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor; to EQUITABLE BANK, as Trustee and 
<br />Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 12, 2008, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds

<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be

<br />2, a distance of 203.8 feet; thence soutil on the lot line a distance of 201.3 feet to
