<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 29, 2011 executed by Charles R Winkler and Doris L Winkler; Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor(s) in which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />trustee, and recorded September 30, 201 l, in Instrument No. 0201107310 of Mortgage Records, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />paid and a portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for
<br />a partial release.
<br />NOW, TI�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to-wit:
