Binfield and Cathleen L. <br />Binfield, hereafter refer�ed to as Dick, hereby grant to Barbara <br />J. Binfield and Gerald S. Binfield, hereafter referred to as <br />Barbara, a right of first refusal to buy the following described <br />real estate, to wit: <br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N'�NE�) of Section <br />Twenty-nine (29), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West <br />of the 6t'' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N�NW�) of Section Six <br />(6), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Dick is the owner of the above descr'ibed real estate. In <br />the event Dick decides to sell the above described real estate, <br />Barbara shall have the right of first refusal to purchase said <br />real estate at the price and upon the same terms and conditions <br />of any bona fide offer for the purchase thereof which Dick <br />desires to accept. Barbara shall exercise said right of first <br />refusal by notifying Dick by registered mail within ten (10) days <br />of Barbara receiving written notice of the receipt by Dick of a <br />bona fide offer which Dick desires to accept. <br />This Right of First Refusal shall not apply to transfers <br />between the grantors, their spouses or to the immediate family <br />members (children) of either, whether by sale, gift or inheri- <br />tance. <br />Dated this �,A� day of !'"!�/� , 2012 . <br />��' � - <br />Richard A.
