<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Carol M.
<br />Mieth, a single women, individually and Carol M. Mieth, as Trustee of the Stuart W.
<br />Mieth Trust, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deeds of Trust dated May 28,1993, November
<br />19,1998 and July 15, 2003 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deeds of Trust being recorded
<br />June 1,1993, November 23,1998 and July 16, 2003 as Instrument numbers 93-104454, 98-
<br />111474 and 0200309041 respectively, of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $72,000.00, $82,600.00 and $66,000.00 respectively, has been
<br />paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />The East half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2NW1/4) and the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty-Seven (27); and the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty-Three (33); all
<br />in the Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6�' P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 26th day of April, 2012.
