<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Acknowledgment to a certain Deed �
<br />of Trust and the Preface to Deed of Trust Under Farm Homestead Protection Act executed by
<br />Carol M. Mieth, a single women, individually and Carol M. Mieth, as Trustee of the Stuart
<br />W. Mieth Trust, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Acknowledgment and Preface to Deed of Trust
<br />dated July 22,1992, in which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now
<br />known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said Acknowledgment and Preface to Deed of Trust
<br />being recorded July 23,1992, as Instrument numbers 92-106383 and 92-106384 respectively,
<br />of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original indebtedness which has been
<br />paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Acknowledgment and Preface to Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said
<br />Trustee hereunder, legally described as follow:
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2NW1/4) of Section Twenty-Seven (27); and the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section T'hirty-Three (33); and the West Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (W1/2NW1/4) of Section Thirty-Four (34); a11 in Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 26th day of April' 2012.
