<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated July 17, 1997 executed by Jon Strong Washes, LL.C., a Trustor, in which Henderson State
<br />Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded luly
<br />21, 1997 as Document 97-105823, of Mortgages, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary there under, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation; �
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:
<br />All of fractional lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5); North 88' of lots Six (6) and Seven (7); North One-Half
<br />(1/2) of Lot Eight (8), Plus all rights to vacated alley between lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6),
<br />Seven (7), and Eight (8) in Block Twenty-Seven (27), Schtmmer's Addition, City of Grand Island, hall
<br />County, Nebraska
