<br />ERIN B. WOODS, husband and wife, as Trustor, to LES SEILER, Attorney at Law, as Trustee,
<br />and WILLIAM ROSS WOODS and/or LOUAN M. WOODS, Co-Trustees, WILLIAM ROSS
<br />WOODS and LOUAN MILDRED WOODS REVOCABLE TRUST, as Beneficiary, executed
<br />March 31, 2009, and perfected on March 31, 2009, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Recorded as Instrument Number 0200902394, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
