<br />As used herein, Deed of Trust means that document dated December 20, 1996, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97-
<br />100001, wherein BOSSELMAN, INC. is Trustor, HOWARD E. TRACY, Attorney, is Trustee,
<br />and FRED H. BOSSELMAN is Beneficiary of the real estate located in Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br />and legally described upon E�iibit A which is attached hereto and made a pa.rt hereof by this
<br />reference.
<br />Acting pursuant to the request of the Beneficiary given on April 11, 2012, the Trustee
<br />hereby reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto only the above described real estate.
<br />All real esta.te described upon Exhibit A is hereby released from the Deed of Trust,
<br />including Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), Lot Nine (9), Lot Ten (10)
<br />and Outlot One (1), all in Block One (1), and Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3 ), Lot Four
<br />(4), Lot Five (5), Lot Six (6) and Outlot One (1), all in Block Two (2), all in Bosselville
<br />Subdivision, except for Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Five (5) and Lot Six (6), all in Block One
<br />(1), which were previously released from the Deed of Trust.
