<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee
<br />under that certain Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement
<br />and Fixture Filing ("Deed of Trust") executed on September 29, 2010, by Grand Island
<br />Independent Real Estate, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, as Grantor, in favor
<br />of Bank of America, N.A., as Beneficiary, and recorded on October 1, 2010, as Instrument
<br />Number 201007174 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey the property
<br />covered thereunder, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />satisfied or forgiven and that such Deed of Trust has been surrendered to the undersigned
<br />as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, hereby grant and reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by and through said Deed of Trust in the real property
<br />located in Hall County, State of Nebraska and legally described on Exhibit "A" attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, together with all rents, easements,
<br />appurtenances, hereditaments, interest in adjoining roads, streets and alleys,
<br />improvements and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all personal property that
<br />may be or hereafter become an integral part of such buildings and improvements, all
<br />crops raised thereon, and all water rights.
