<br />and Jennifer A Cure, husband and wife

<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated December 10, 2010 and recorded on December 17, 2010
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska ,
<br />Instrument No. 0201009441 , and further assigned to West Gate Bank and recorded on
<br />December 17, 2010 as Instrument No. 0201009442 , has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below:
<br />NOW TI�REFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT FORTY-NINE (49), IN BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />TOGETI-IER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
