Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed <br />by KENT L BROWN AND PATRICIA J BROWN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated FEBRUARY 24, 2003, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. <br />200302397, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance vcrith the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and <br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
