<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, STEPHEN B
<br />ROWE AND LEI5A M ROWE, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc "MERS" as nominee for lender and
<br />lenders's successors and assigns as Beneficiary, dated September 14, 2010, and recorded on
<br />September 20, 2410, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 201006808 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
