Notwithstanding the foregoing, the <br />Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns reserve the <br />right and shall be allowed to perpetuate the use of parking and drive access at a11 existing hard <br />surfaced areas included within this Easement Area (including maintenance, repair and replacement of <br />same) and will retain the right to existing sign(s) and light pole(s) and to erect replacement or <br />additional signs and light pole(s) within the Easement Area subject to the approval of the City Of <br />Grand Island and in compliance with all local ordinances and regulations. <br />This Easement does not convey any rights in or to Grantor's remaining real property. Grantor <br />may use the Easement Area for a11 purposes not inconsistent with or interfering with the full enjoyment <br />of the Easement. <br />Grantee sha11 not block access to Grantor's parking area at any time.
