Opp, Jr. and Elaine Opp, husband and wife, <br />Joint Tenants <br />Mortgagee: The Prudential Insurance Company of America <br />Projects I-80 -6 (3) AFE: R -31b Hall County, Nebraska <br />Temporary easement to a tract of land located in the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, <br />Township 10 North, Range 11 "rest of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska and temporary use of said land in securing road material, <br />described as soil binder, said tract of land as illustrated on <br />the attached plat and being more Earticularly described as follows: <br />Referring to the west quarter corner of said Section 25; <br />thence easterly on the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of said Section 25 a distance of 33.0 feet to <br />the point of beginning; thence continuing easterly on said South <br />line a distance of 285.0 feet; thence northerly on a line 318.0 <br />feet easterly from and parallel to the West line of said South- <br />west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 375.0 feet; <br />thence westerly a distance of 285.0 feet to a point 33.0 feet <br />easterly from said West line; thence southerly on a line 33.0 <br />feet easterly from and parallel to said West line a distance of <br />375.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing a total of 2.45 <br />acres, more or.less, to be secured in this action. <br />The right .to remove the above described soil binder from <br />the premises above described shall terminate upon acceptance by <br />the Department of Roads of the above mentioned Project I -80 -6 (3). <br />
