Beltzer, President of the Grand Island Trust Company, being <br />first duly sworn on oath depose and say that the Grand Island Trust <br />as Trustee, <br />Company /is in possession of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(S'NET -) and a piece or parcel of land off of the 111est side of the North <br />Half of the Northeast ^uarter (NNE,) described as follows: commencing <br />at a point One Hundred Fifty (150) rods due West of the Northeast corner <br />of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N'NE -); running thence due <br />South Eighty (80) rods; thence due VTest Ten (10) rods; thence due North <br />Eighty (80) rods; and thence due East Ten (10) rods to the place of be- <br />ginning, all being in Section Six (6), in Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Twelve (12) i ":Test of the Sixth P.14., Hall County, Nebraska, and that the <br />as Trustee, <br />said Grand Island Trust Company / are the owners thereof. <br />Dated this 28th day of February , 1961. <br />GRAND ISLAND TRUST COMMANY, AS TRUSTEE, <br />James B.
