L <br />ORDINANCE NO. 29231 (con1t) <br />SECTION 3. That the alleys so vactited shall revert to the owners of the <br />adjacent real estate one -half on each side thereof; provided, however, the <br />said City of Grand Island hereby reserves unto itself an easement aver, along <br />and across said alleys so vacited on which to construct, operate and maintain <br />utilities. <br />SECTION 4, That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect from <br />and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law. <br />Passed and approved by a majority vote of the members of the City Councilp <br />this the 3rd day of February, 1954. <br />ATTEST: <br />S Floyd S.
