M., in Hall County, Nebraska. "lore particularly des- <br />cribed as follows: BeginninT at a point on the East line <br />of the Northwest Quarter (�`+I4.) of said Section 28, which <br />point is 2,053.4 feet South of the Northeast corner of <br />said NW4;, thence deflecting right 900 26' and running <br />Westerly a distance of 262.70 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning; thence running Southerly at right angles a <br />distance of 300 feet; thence Westerly at right angles a <br />distance of 381.6 feet; thence Northerly at right angles <br />a distance of 300 feet; thence Easterly at right angles a. <br />distance of 381.6 feet to the actual point of beginning, <br />and containing 2.63 acres, more or less. <br />WH.,REAS the undersigned are the owners of the above described real <br />property and are desirous of providing; for residential areas and restrictions <br />and conditions for the use of the above described premises, the use of said <br />area to be restricted toresidential purposes a§fiereinafter set out except the <br />said owners may at any time designate a portion of said premises as a commercial <br />or shopping area, said privilege to be restricted to the undersigned owners <br />or their assigns specifically empowered to designate portions of the premises <br />as such commercial or shopping area. <br />These covenants shall be in effect until January It 1985; at that <br />time such restrictions, conditions, and covenants may be changed with the <br />consent of sixty (60) per cent of the owners of the premises by area.
