r2. <br />shall have the right to a strict foreclosure. of this agreement, as provided <br />bylaw. <br />4. This agreement and all of its terms and provisions are to be binding <br />upon our heirs, 'executors, administrators and assigns. <br />No assignment or transfer by the Purchaser of her interest in the property <br />described herein, shall be valid, unless the same be made with the written <br />consent of Vendor. <br />5. This agreement and a warranty deed from Vendor, for said premises, <br />to the Purchaser, with the signing hereof, shall be held by Wellensiek & DeBacker, <br />Attorneys, First National Bank Building, Grand Island, Nebraska in escrow, <br />subject to the above terms and conditions, and said deed shall be delivered to <br />the Purchaser upon performance of the agreement and payment of the balance <br />due, with interest. <br />6.
