<br />BAYARD H. PAINE, JR., being first duly sworn, on his
<br />oath, deposes and says that he is of legal age, that he is a
<br />resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that he
<br />has been such a resident for more than fifty years last past.
<br />Affiant further states that he is well and personally
<br />acquainted with ELSIE E. ADAMS, who is one of the grantees in
<br />a certain warranty deed dated and acknowledged on October 4,
<br />1960, filed on December 14, 1960, and recorded in Book 133,
<br />at Page 145, in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and with ELSIE E. ADAIJS, whose name is also shown
<br />as ELISE E. ADAIVIS, in a determination of Inheritance Tax in
<br />the estate of Leavitt 0. Barr, deceased, in the County Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, in which a final decree was issued
<br />and dated December 12, 1960, certified to on December 13,
<br />1960, and filed on December 14, 19601, in Book 19, at page
<br />515 of Wills and Decrees, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; that he was the attorney for
<br />his firmm who handled said matter and that through a typo-
<br />graphical error, the name was sometimes spelled "Elise ";
<br />and, that he 'mows positively of his own knowledge that the
<br />said ELSIE E. ADAI,IS and ELISE E. ADAMS is one and the same
<br />person, notwithstanding the discrepancy in names.
<br />Further, affiant sayeth not.
<br />SIGNED and dated in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, this 23rd day of December, 1960.
