CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMINT OF LEASE
<br />I, T. Irena. Darling, lessee under the written lease dated July 1, 1960, made
<br />by me with .R.vdolph N. Kuester and Frances Kuester, :pis wife, covering Lot Number
<br />Thirty -One (31), at Ku.ester's Lake situated upon the Last Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (E!,7W>) of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), Wriest of the 6th P... in fall County, Nebraska, to secure the payment of
<br />the promissory note in the sum of x`6,000.00 With interest at 6% per annum made by
<br />me this day to and delivered to Fr;d L. Harrison, do hereby set over, transfer,
<br />sell and assign the hereinbefore described written lease unto said. Fred L. ilarrison,
<br />his oe:•sonal representatives, successors and assigns, which assignment shall be
<br />rmll and void in the event that said debt is fully paid by me in accordance with the
<br />terms th xeof promptly when due; otherwise this Assignment to remain in full force
<br />and affect.
