<br />LIS PENDENS
<br />You are hereby notified that on December 3, 1960, Loretta
<br />Lorraine Clark, as plaintiff, filed her petition and action in
<br />the District Court of Platte County, Nebraska, against the above -
<br />named defendants, the object of which, among other things, is to
<br />quiet the title in the following described real estate:
<br />The Northeast Quarter, the North 9 acres
<br />of the west half of the Southeast quarter,
<br />and the Southwest quarter of the South-
<br />east quarter of Section 36, Township 18
<br />North, Range 3 West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Platte County, Nebraska, and
<br />The East Half of the Southeast quarter of
<br />Section 2, Township 11, Range 10 blest of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in said plaintiff and certain of the defendants, (to-wit: Lillian
<br />E. Holder, Louise E. Beers and Alen V. Yarberry as to said Platte
<br />County real estate, and Lillian E. Holder, Louise E. Beers, Ellen
<br />V. Yarberry and Elizabeth Jenkinson as to said Hall County real
<br />estate), against the other defendants, and for determination that
<br />restrictions on sale of said Platte County real estate in the will
<br />of William J. Jenkinson, deceased, are void, and for partition or
<br />sale of said real estate, and for such other and further relief
<br />as may be deemed just and equitable.
