CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />It is hereby acknowledged by the undersigned lessors, namely: Rudolph N. <br />Kuester and Frances Kuester, his wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska, that on <br />July 19 1958, a Lease was entered into between above named lessors and Ruth <br />Kuester Christenson, such Lease being for ninety -nine (99) years and pertain - <br />• ing to,- <br />Lot Twenty -nine (29) Kuester's Lake, a part of the <br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E� SWk) of Section <br />Thirteen (13) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />It is also hereby acknowledged that on November 10,1960,the above named <br />lessee has given to the Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, a Chattel Mortgage for Fifty -five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($5,500.00) <br />covering the above described property and as additional security did give to <br />said Mortgagee an Assignment of the above described Lease. <br />We, the undersigned lessors, therefore, do hereby agree to the Assign- <br />ment of the above Lease, such Assignment to remain effective until the above <br />described Note and Chattel Mortgage is satisfied. <br />udolph N.
