The pole line herein, contemplated shall be located on the property approximately as follows: j 1 First pole to be located thirty -four (34) feet west and one hundred seventy- three (173) feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the above described property With the two succeeding poles to be placed to the North 'a distance of one hundred forty (110) feet apart each beginning from the first pole. One anchor shall be placed twenty -four (24) feet North and one anchor ten (10) feet West from the last pole,to the North.
